I’m Lorena Vazquez, a passionate data lover, an advocate for data-driven organizations, and now your data coach.

I’ve worked in data over a decade. I didn’t realize when I started my career as a software engineer how important data would become. Data engineer became a new title over the years and is what I spent most of my career doing.

I believe that when data is treated as an asset, an organization is successful. Such organizations understand their data, organize it appropriately, and use it to improve their business goals and/or user experience.

I have seen it all in my experience: from organizations that took great care of their data architecture to organizations with a data swamp. There are data strategies to enhance and improve both situations and everything in between.
